How Do We Get There?

As a Nutritional Mental Health Practitioner, I'm trained in teaching people the current nutritional psychology research and supporting them through practical steps.

I offer both group coaching for ADHD and 1:1 coaching for ADHD, PMDD, Depression, and Anxiety.
